Renewal Development is a trail-blazing venture with a unique vision: to rescue, relocate, renovate, and repurpose good single-family homes from growing urban areas to non-urban communities.
Inspired by the modern slanted shed roof in their pilot project, Renewal Development’s logo combines an upward/forward/onward action, a stylized lowercase r, and a bullhorn silhouette (positive social impact and advocacy). It’s also about raising the roof in the renewal process: moving the first half of an existing home, then rebuilding the rest towards completion. Reshaping housing and environmental stewardship, Renewal Development is about constructing a future where sustainability, innovation, and community thrive in harmony.
